I also just realized that I didn't post any pictures of Halloween. The kids were so excited. We dyed Tylin's hair pink and she was a beautiful mermaid, Tanner was a pirate, they definitely loved dressing up.

Seeing blue or pink?
We had our 20 week ultrasound a couple of weeks ago and it looks like we are having 2 girls. So we will be seeing lots of pink. Baby A was very cooperative but baby B was a little more modest so there is the possibility that she will change to a he, but for now we are looking for girl names. We are having a hard time finding any that we like, so if anyone has any suggestions let us know. Poor Tanner is going to be surrounded. Everything is going well with the pregnancy and hopefully the babies will keep growing on schedule. I decided to finally post my baby bump, although it is much bigger than a bump. It is just the joys of having 2 babies on the way, but we are getting more and more excited.

Our Pumpkin Carving Tradition
We have a tradition that the Monday night before Halloween we carve pumpkins for Family Home Evening. The kids love to help clean out the pumpkins, Tanner kept saying "Mom this is gross!" with a big smile on his face.
Then Tony and I but mostly Tony carves the design. Each year Tony tries to do something innovative and he is getting really good. Last year he did Spongebob and that was a big hit, so this year he found out how to do faces of people. He took a picture of Tylin and Tanner and put it on a pumpkin. I was amazed, it turned out really well.
After we carved pumpkins we had hot apple cider and pumpkin bread. It was a really fun night. The kids are getting excited to dress up for Halloween, Ty is going to be a mermaid, complete with pink hair, and Tanner is going to be a pirate. He has been practicing his pirate talk, Arrrgh. I love this time of year and look forward to the Holiday Season.

A Fun Camping Weekend
We got a new trailer a couple of weeks ago and decided we needed to test it out before it got too cold. So we loaded up and went to Twin Lakes for the weekend. After years and years of tent camping I have to say the trailer was awesome!
We camped near the lake so the we fished and played by the lake.
There were also some neat trails, so we did some hiking too. It did rain some but it didn't bother us we just played games in the trailer, it was a lot of fun! It was a great end of summer trip.

New Things Happening
Yeah, school finally started. Tylin is in the 1st grade and loving it. I am excited for her, she has a great teacher and hopefully will have a great year. I also am officially announcing that I am expecting. I am due March 13th and we are having twins. AHHHH! I can hardly believe it but we are so excited. It is so cool to have an ultrasound at each appointment and be able see both of them and watch them move.
I am really enjoying this pregnancy ( not because I'm sick all the time) because my sister Morgan is pregnant too, and we are due just a few days apart. So it is so fun to compare and share all the milestones together. Tony and I feel so blessed to have 2 wonderful kids and we can't wait to add 2 more to our family.

Ty turned 6!!
Tylin turned 6 years old. She has grown up so much. I don't know what I would do without her. We celebrated her birthday on Saturday. She invited a friend and we all went to Splash Montana, a water park with slides, a lazy river and a kiddy pool.
It was a lot of fun. Then we went to the mall so Tylin could get her ears pierced. She was so brave and did awesome.
For dinner we went to Red Robin and had burgers and shakes. They were deliscious and we all ate too much. It was fun day and we were all exhausted. Sunday was her official birthday and she got to open presents and have cake and ice cream.
She also was asked to sing in sacrament meeting. She sang " My Heavenly Father Loves Me" all by herself. She did a great job. I was very proud of her. Tylin is such a good girl. She always wants to help me and tries so hard to do what is right. We love you Tylin and are so happy that you are part of our family.

Reunion, Golf Tournament, and Swim Lessons
We have had a busy couple of weeks. Tylin had swimming lessons. She completed level 3 and did awesome. She learned a couple new strokes including the butterfly stroke and even did some diving, which I thought was pretty good for a 5 year old. She loves to swim and really enjoyed her lessons.
Also this past weekend we headed to Hamer for our Annual Reunion at my parent's home. It was great to get together with my brother and sisters. We had our Golf Tournamet on Saturday where we team up as couples and play a scramble. This year my mom opted out to watch grandkids and my sister Dawn played with my dad.
The weather was perfect and for only playing once since last tournament I didn't play too bad. Tony and I ended up winning. Yeah! We had a really yummy dutch oven dinner later and let the kids play outside.

It was a quick weekend but fun to be together.

Camping at Little Blue Joint Creek
We had a really fun camping trip last weekend. We camped by a creek so the kids were able to do some fishing.
Tylin caught 4 fish and Tanner caught 1, mostly because he was more interested in wacking things with his pole. They were both really excited. We roasted hot dogs and had smores. Tony and I were both trying to bring in some of our families traditions so I wanted to sing songs around the campfire and Tony told stories. It was nice to be away from the phones and tv and just be together. Everyone did well in the night and the kids even slept in until 8 which shocked me, it was great. Then we made breakfast, did some more fishing, went for a hike and then loaded up and went home.
The kids have been talking about our trip since we got home, so I guess we need to go camping more often.

4th of July Weekend
We had a really fun 4th of July. My parents and sister Dawn came from Idaho to visit. Tony and my dad golfed almost everyday, of course. We did some shopping and a lot of visiting. For the 4th we went all out with shirts, tattoos, and hair ribbons. It was fun. We had a yummy barbecue with smoked ribs and then we got to see lots of fireworks. It is so fun to sit in the yard and just watch all the fireworks all around the neighborhood. (aerials are legal here)We also got in a scenic drive, we went to Lost Horse overlook, it is from the Nature Valley granola bar commercial. It is beautiful. We also played some Tennis 2nd time for me and 1st for Dawn. It was pretty fun and the kids really enjoyed it, so I think we will be playing more often now. It was a busy weekend but a lot of fun to have my family here.

I am finally a blogger!
I have finally made a blog. I am new at this and it might take me awhile to get the hang of it, so bear with me. I love reading everyone's blogs so I thought I should start one so my family and friends will know what we have been up to. I am excited to get started. If anyone has any tips I would love to hear them. Thanks
